This sigil can be used when you need to focus on a specific subject, goal, task etc. It can be used in a combination of sigils or in its own.

FOR MEDITATION
Use this sigil for when you want to meditate. Use is just before meditation to to make the following meditation session more efficient or use it at any other time to help improve your meditation technique and state of mind in general.
Mantra: VERPIM TANDO
FOR RELAXATION
This sigil can be used in order to help you relax in a certain moment, or as a general practice of relaxation . To get the better results, meditate on this sigil and use it frequently to improve your general state of tension and become more relaxed overall.
Once you use it for general improvement, you can then use it for more specific and targeted occasions. To do so, bring the sigil’s effect in mind (without thinking of its visual form) and meditate momentarily in the desired outcome which is to feel the lightness of being relaxed.

MEMORY
This is a sigil to aid in memory work. It can be used in general for meditations and techniques that aim to affect memory. Because each sigil can carry a single message in the subconscious, use it only for one goal. This means that you can use it for either improving your memory, worsen your memory, to remember or forget something, or to affect your memory in any other way, but choose only one of the above.
Using the same sigil for multiple goals, will make it ineffective and might cause a confusion in the activation process.

FOR MOTIVATION
This sigil is to be used in order to find a goal driven attitude and become more motivated. It can be used either on its own, to promote motivation in general or in a combination with another sigil and/or technique in order to focus and direct the motivation towards a specific goal.
